When you book an appointment with me, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Please note there is also a 2.5% fee on all card transactions — to avoid this, cash and Zelle are accepted. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Your deposit can be transferred one time to a new appointment with at least 48 hours notice. I understand life happens, which is why I give a full 48-hour window. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, this will be treated as a partial cancellation. 50% of your deposit will be forfeited as a late rescheduling fee. When rebooking, you will only be required to pay the remaining 50% to restore your deposit in full. Cancellation within 48 hours: Full deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. Same-day cancellation: Deposit is forfeited and 50% of the remaining service may be charged. No call, no show: 100% of the service amount will be charged and may result in no future bookings. Declined card transactions will result in no future appointments until the balance is resolved. Incorrect booking: If you arrive for an appointment and it is determined that the wrong service was booked and you choose not to continue with the service, a 50% charge will apply due to lost time.
