I understand that things happen, I do ask that you keep an open communication with me. If you are running behind, please let me know, after 15 minutes your appointment will be subjected to cancellation. There will be a cancellation fee of 30% if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.  All no call no-show/ same day cancellations appointments will be charged a 75% fee.
